Frying Pan
Ingredients:
o 1 1/2 tsp poultry seasoning
o 1/2 cup skim milk or buttermilk
o 1 cup crushed corn flakes
o 1 1/2 tbsps onion powder
o 1 1/2 tbsps garlic powder
o 2 tsps black pepper
o 2 tsps dried and crushed pepper
o 1 tsp ginger
o 8 skinless pieces of chicken
o 1 tsp refined vegetable oil
o paprika to taste
Preparation:
o Preheat the oven to 350° F.
o Add 1/2 teaspoon of poultry seasoning to skim milk or butter milk.
o Mix cornflake crumbs with all spices and put it in a plastic bag.
o Wash chicken thoroughly and dip it into milk, remove excess milk and pour it in bag after adding seasoning and crumbs.
o Refrigerate the mix for an hour and sprinkle paprika for color.
o Place chicken on a baking pan greased with oil, and cover it with aluminum foil.
o Bake the chicken for another 30-40 minutes.
o Remove the foil and bake it for another 35- 40 minutes until it is easy to pull out the meat using a fork.
