They are part of life in all cultures around the world and have been passed from generations to generations. They're mostly made of cast iron, tinned copper and aluminum. It's a fact that even if fat is burned whether from vegetables or not, it's still extremely dangerous for our health. In fact, it should be avoided as much as possible.
